Social Enterprise & Giving

Many of our residents have never been in employment or have gaps in employment. Our Social enterprise projects give our residents a great opportunity to develop the skills needed to maintain work and build their confidence whilst creating an income stream for the charity.

Our residents are encouraged to come up with ideas or projects that will give them volunteering opportunities and give them work experience doing something they really enjoy. Recently our residents have made these fabulous garden benches and the sense of achievement and pride this created in the community has been amazing.
