What made you decide to become a Foundation Club member
I decided to become a member as a way of formalising my commitment to a specific charity and one that I really believe does great work in my local area. I also want to raise awareness of the charity to all my customers.
How are you hoping to be involved as a member?
As much as I can be really. Me and my wife want to volunteer when we can as well as help out in ways that are not just monetary, such as computer courses for residents.
Why do you think it’s important for businesses to support local charities?
I think it’s important to give back. It’s thanks to the support of the local community that I have been able to develop a successful company so I feel that its important to give back to those who have been dealt a bad hand in life.
What would you say to other businesses that might be interested in joining the Foundation Club?
I would highly encourage other businesses to get involved so that the club becomes a larger network of companies with the added benefit of networking opportunities as well as supporting this great charity.
